Prevention Sisters (launched in 2019): A peer-led initiative training over 1,000 adolescents and youth in HIV prevention. These ambassadors promote PEP, PrEP, and condom use both online and in higher learning institutions. Uthubutu Mentorship Program: Builds leadership capacity among youth, enabling them to lead transformative health solutions in their communities. HIVST Innovation Project: Expanded HIV self-testing across Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, and other regions. The Jipime campaign reached 4.5 million people from May to August 2024, driving significant increases in self-test uptake at university health centers.
