Through Karimjee Jivanjee Ltd, the Karimjee family has contributed significantly to the introduction and distribution of modern automobiles in Tanzania. Toyota, which is now the leading brand in the country’s automobile market, was established through the efforts of this company, stimulating development in the transportation sector and the country’s economy as a whole.
